Sheila Higginbotham

Sheila has a strong management background in Leadership Development and Training paired with years of care giving experience which gives her the knowledge needed to care for clients with a compassionate heart as well as mentor for her successful team of Directors, Managers and caregivers. Sheila's vision with Christian Servants Home Care (CSHC) is to hire excellent caregivers who share the same morals and values that CSHC is known for by putting God first and prioritizes life by focusing on putting Peace, Patience, Kindness, Gentleness, Faithfulness, Love, Self Control, Goodness and Joy into the heart of everyday living.

Growing her CSHC Management Team nationwide has inspired Sheila to share her leadership skills in many states like Arizona, Texas, Minnesota as well as across Wisconsin. As we continue to expand, please do not hesitate to contact her if we are not yet in your area... we may be headed there next!

Sheila resides within walking distance to the legendary Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and can be heard cheering loudly on a Sunday afternoon for the green and gold. Talking to everyone... (even to the embarrassment of her children!) she considers strangers a friend she hasn't met yet. It is not uncommon for new "friends" to invite her to join their bowling league, upcoming camping trip or next Girls Night Out the first time they meet her. Sheila has been married for over 20 years to a great man, Brian, who loves the Lord; has three wonderful children (a handsome son, Jake and two beautiful daughters Julia and Jena: one of which is an active missionary) and has hosted several international exchange students. After spending much of her childhood with her grandparents, it would seem a natural fit for Sheila to find joy caring for seniors in their home. Making sure each client is matched with a kind, compassionate, skilled caregiver is her highest priority.

Her friends call her fun, compassionate and outgoing... always looking on the bright side of life. She believes that keeping your focus on helping others makes the world a better place to be. Look people in the eye. Hold the door for the next person. Seek God daily. Be sure to prioritize what is most important in life. Sprinkle kindness everywhere!
